Savior
Savior is a roadside and medical assistance case management and service platform. The platform was built for the biggest roadside assistance company in Eastern Europe.
It has case management system, agent access, and a service provider access. Agent can assign a task to many service providers, for example a taxi driver to pick up strained customers, a towing company to tow the car and a hotel concierge to arrange a room for the travellers.
The web app runs on Rails, and mobile apps were built with React Native.
